Beats On The Beach

Do you want to run but not very quickly and not very far? Same here. This is the group for you! We'll run at a leisurely pace from Dane Street Beach to the Beverly Train Station- just under a mile and a lot of it is downhill. If we feel like grabbing a bite to eat afterwards, I'm thinking we'll go to Castle (a restaurant and board game library across the street from the train station) but I'm open to suggestions. Bring water and a friendly attitude. Run as fast or as slow as you'd like but as a general rule for the main group, the slowest runner sets the pace. Stop running whenever you like. Do what feels right, whatever that means to you, just be respectful and supportive. Let's get a move on, at a pace we're comfortable with.
