Petals, Pearls, and Pouring Tea

There will be a $25 deposit. Your money will be refunded for one of two reasons. One, if you RSVP and attend the event. Two, if you cancel by March 18 by 4 pm. If you don't attend or you don't cancel within the allotted time, you will not receive a refund. (Windsor Court/Tea Time)
