Being more open, accepting, and forgiving — toward yourself and others — creates a wider, more compassionate world where more becomes possible.
In this class, we’ll explore the idea of grace — not in a religious context, but as a mindset and way of living that encourages kindness over criticism, presence over pressure, and growth over perfection.
Through guided journaling prompts, you’ll reflect on how grace can soften your inner dialogue, improve your relationships, and help you respond to life with more patience and peace.
We’ll also take time to talk about the impact of negative self-talk — how it shows up, how it holds us back, and how grace can gently shift us toward a more empowering, supportive inner voice.
As an attendee, you’ll also receive a follow-up document after class with additional journaling prompts to continue the journey — helping you stay grounded in grace and build lasting peace of mind.
