Tree Planting at Fanno Creek Greenway

Let’s plant some trees! This is a volunteer opportunity with Friends of Trees. We’ll be planting native trees and shrubs along Fanno Creek Greenway. Please only sign up if you are very sure that you can attend because they depend on their volunteers and we need an accurate count. If you haven’t done this before, it’s a lot of fun and you learn a lot about planting trees. I do expect that it will be chilly and rainy so make sure to dress appropriately (closed toes shoes are a must) and plan to get dirty. Friends of Trees will provide gloves, tools, guidance, snacks and some hot beverages, but please bring a water bottle.
