Sake testing at Sake One

I've always wanted to go to Saki One, it has a great reputation, the Brewer is indeed a Japanese gentleman that has a great reputation. At this event there will be a 30 minute tour on how to make sake, it's actually quite a bit different from beer and wine. I'm familiar with the process but I would love to see and hear from the brewers themselves. The tasting will be at 1:30 so if you'd prefer to show then and skip the tour that would be fine.
