Have you ever watched Inside Out and thought, "wait, that's basically my brain"? Emotions aren't random noise - they're one of the very first languages we ever learn. Long before we could speak, a smile, a cry, or a squirm was how we told the world what we needed. That original language never really leaves us; we just get better (or sometimes worse) at listening to it.

In this session, we'll explore the full emotional spectrum - joy, anger, sadness, fear, and everything in between - and why every color of that rainbow matters. Take one away, and it's not a rainbow anymore. We'll talk about what emotions are actually for (protection, connection, decision-making, and more), and then get practical: a simple, grounded way to identify what you're feeling, what triggered it, and what it might be telling you. We'll also touch on how different personality types tend to experience and express emotion - and where that awareness quietly builds calm and confidence.

No experience needed, no pressure to overshare - just genuine curiosity, a little science, and a safe space for us to connect and grow together.
