Healthy You, Healthy Connections
Details
Longing for real connection is universal - and can feel quite vulnerable. So what does a healthy connection actually feel like? Not just "nice" or "comfortable," but real - where being fully yourself doesn't put the relationship at risk.
In this session, we'll unpack the different layers of connection — intellectual, emotional, spiritual, even physical (yes, your nervous system knows when it's around safe people) — and talk honestly about what's worked, and what hasn't, in your own relationships. But we won't stop at connection with others. We'll also explore the quieter, often-overlooked relationship you have with yourself: how well you listen to your body, how you talk to yourself when things go wrong, and whether you let your full self - logical and emotional - show up without an internal war.
We'll close with a light look at how your personality type shapes the way you relate to others: your natural style, your blind spots, and your growth edge. Expect honest conversation, thoughtful questions, and the quiet relief of realizing you're not the only one still figuring this out. Come curious, leave a little more calm and connected - to others, and to yourself.
