"No" has a bit of a bad reputation. This session is here to change that.

Boundaries get mistaken for walls, but they're really something much softer and more powerful: an act of self-respect. A boundary isn't about controlling someone else - it's about understanding your own needs and being honest about what you will and won't accept. And here's the part most of us miss: your body usually knows a boundary is needed long before your mind can explain why. That tight chest, that drained feeling, that hesitation before saying yes - it's all data.

In this session, we'll talk about what boundaries really look like day to day - saying no without guilt, protecting your time and energy, choosing relationships that give rather than drain - and we'll get into the harder question: what actually holds us back from setting them in the first place? Guilt? Fear of disappointing someone? Old habits? We'll explore it together, with real reflection questions and honest group discussion (share as much or as little as feels right).

We'll also touch on how your personality type shapes your relational patterns - where boundaries come naturally, and where they take more intentional work. Come ready to reflect, maybe laugh a little, and leave with a clearer sense of what it feels like to protect your peace.
