What we’re about
I’m Rosie, an ADHD coach, Pilates teacher, and someone who’s lived with ADHD all my life. After years of struggling, I found that movement—whether through yoga, Pilates, or just getting my body moving—has been a game-changer in managing my ADHD. Now, I’m here to help others like you untangle the ADHD experience by bringing together support, movement, and connection.
Join us for the ADHD Untangled Meetup in Beckenham, where we’ll combine elements of body doubling, socialising, and movement to help us stay focused, get things done, and feel supported.
What to Expect:
✨ Tangled in ADHD & Support (with Body Doubling)
Whether you're working on tasks or simply need a little extra support, we'll engage in body doubling sessions—working side-by-side in a space that encourages productivity and focus. Sometimes, just having another person there can be all we need to stay on track.
🤝 Socialising with Purpose
Meet others who understand ADHD, whether you’re new to the community or have been navigating life with it for a while. This space is all about connection—building meaningful conversations, offering advice, and sharing experiences.
💪 Movement That Supports ADHD
Movement has literally saved my life—and it’s something I want to share with you. As a Pilates instructor and ADHD coach, I know the power of moving our bodies in a way that supports our brains. This meetup will include simple exercises, stretches, or even just a walk, all designed to boost focus and ease some of the challenges we face.
What’s Different About This Meetup?
This isn’t just a regular meetup. It’s designed to support you through the ADHD Untangled Framework, which focuses on:
Awareness: Understanding how ADHD impacts your life and triggers.
Direction: Breaking things down into manageable goals (and getting them done with body doubling).
Harness: Leveraging movement to help your focus and energy levels.
Devotion: Staying consistent in flexible systems and routines that work for you.
Evidence: Celebrating small wins and rebuilding confidence through action.
Rewrite: Shifting limiting beliefs and embracing your true self.
Who’s It For?
This meetup is for anyone with ADHD or those who suspect they may have it. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or you’ve been navigating ADHD for years, you’ll find a welcoming, understanding space to connect, work, and move.
Come as you are—no need to prepare, just bring yourself and a task or two you’ve been putting off. Let’s get untangled and show the world what we’re made of, one move at a time.
