Lady Niguma Yoga: The Hidden Teachings of a Female Master

This is not just another yoga asana class. It’s a doorway into one of the most powerful and rare systems of yoga ever preserved—a lineage led by Lady Niguma, an 11th-century yogini and tantric master, and the first recorded female teacher of a full yoga system. This practice, transmitted through generations of Tibetan Buddhist yogis, has never before been formally taught in Spain.

WHAT
​In this immersive 2-hour experience, you'll learn the deeper purpose of yoga: how to train the mind while you move the body, using ancient wisdom to turn every posture into a tool for liberation. The class integrates philosophy, meditation, and asana—opening a gateway between movement and insight.

WHO
​This special class is led by Rachel Webb, Executive Director and senior teacher at Three Jewels NYC, a Buddhist yoga and meditation studio known for preserving authentic teachings while making them radically accessible for modern life. Rachel brings over a decade of experience in both traditional Buddhist study and mental health work.

​This is Three Jewels’ first-ever visit to Barcelona, part of their European pop-up tour ahead of the studio’s 30th anniversary in 2026.
