Step into a full-day immersion of one of the most rare and transformative yoga systems ever preserved. The Yoga of Lady Niguma is a lineage-based practice developed by an 11th-century yogini and tantric master—combining asana, breath, and visualization meditation to activate the chakras and subtle energy channels. Preserved through generations of Tibetan Buddhist yogis, this practice trains the mind, subtle body and physical body together, making it a powerful tool for inner transformation on the path towards total liberation.

Led by Rachel Webb, Executive Director and senior teacher at Three Jewels NYC, this full-day training is intended for yoga teachers and advanced practitioners seeking to expand their practice through a lineage-based system not currently taught anywhere else in Spain.
​Three Jewels—founded in 1996—is a nonprofit Buddhist studio dedicated to offering meditation, yoga, and dharma rooted in classical texts and authentic lineage, presented in a way that honors both tradition and modern life. This workshop marks Three Jewels’ first-ever visit to Barcelona.
