Our plan for this meetup is to talk about our experience of reading Between Two Kingdoms: A Memoir of a Life Interrupted by Suleika Jaouad — what stood out, what resonated, what surprised you, or what you’re still chewing on.

And of course, we’ll leave plenty of room for casual chit chat and getting to know one another a bit — honestly, the most important ingredient in a book club. 😊

As far as I can tell from not having read it yet, it sounds like more than a cancer memoir; but a story about learning to live again after life has been broken open — the experience of being no longer who you were, not yet who you’re becoming — and finding grace, connection, and meaning in that space.
