Did you know that being self-aware is the first step to becoming securely attached?

Would you be interested in learning different tools to improve self awareness, especially during conflicts or heated conversations?

In this workshop Coach Jeff will walk you through how important self awareness is and how to become more self-aware. There will be some insightful exercises and also some time towards the end for sharing and questions. It is likely that you will feel more self-aware and learn some tools to help with improving self-awareness!

Notes:
- This will be a virtual workshop. To avoid disruption to the group, unfortunately we will not let anyone in 10 minutes after the start time
- We will spend the first ~15-20 minutes for grounding exercise and introducing policies like confidentiality in order to create a safe space.
