Tai Chi Gung Class at Long Valley Peony Farm

For all of you nature lovers, this will be a class for you! We will greet the Peony blooms among the rolling hills of Long Valley and go through our warm up and 4 standing exercises in pure nature as Lao Tau did in Darchen Tibet over 3000 years ago. This unbroken lineage of exercises will be passed down to you, and I am honored to have the ability to bring it to you.
