Chi Gung in Nature

Come and join me for a one hour Chi Gung practice at NATIRAR this weekend that will leave you in a peaceful and grounded state that will last all day long. Learn the ancient practice of over 3000 years. We meet under the Big Sycamore tree to the left of the parking lot. All levels and new students welcome and encouraged to attend.
