You want an alternative to intense yoga classes

this is a space to slow down and prepare your body and mind for going to bed.
In a world that constantly stimulates us, many of us go to bed still tense, mentally busy, and overstimulated. This group is for anyone who longs to end the day differently.
Our sessions focus on:
• Slow, meditative yoga
• Gentle stretches and nervous system regulation
• Breathwork to release the day
• Guided relaxation and calming voice-led meditation
• Creating a conscious evening ritual
Most sessions are held online, making it easy to join from the comfort of your home ,already in your cozy space. Occasional in-person gatherings in Hannover may also take place.
