久保田雅也 (Partner @ WiL)
滋賀生まれ。97年慶応義塾大学経済学部卒業後、伊藤忠商事に入社。98年3月リーマン・ブラザーズ証券会社東京支店に入社、以後11年に亘り投資銀行本部にて、国内外の様々なハイテク・インターネット企業のM&Aアドバイザリー並びにファイナンスを手がける。2008年11月、バークレイズ証券に移籍、投資銀行本部の通信メディア業界担当責任者として様々な案件を手がける。2011年にSMBC日興証券に移籍、投資銀行立ち上げに尽力。日本証券アナリスト協会検定会員。会計士補。

村瀬功 (Venture Partner @ Global Brains)
ソニー、Sony Electronics Inc（米国）を経て、2013年よりグローバルブレイン・シリコンバレーオフィス代表。ハードウェア関連の投資をリードし、これまでにJibo、Augustなど米国のハードウェアスタートアップに多数投資。1998年より米国在住。ソニーではパソコンVAIOシリーズをはじめ、コンスーマー向け新商品・新サービスの立ち上げを数多く担当。開発・設計・商品企画からマーケティングまで広範な業務に従事。

伊佐治岳生 (代表取締役会長 @ Xacti)
都市銀行でコーポレートバンキング、コンサルティングファームで戦略・マーケティング等のプロジェクトに従事。その後PEファンド保有企業（東証一部上場）のCFO、CEO等を歴任。ベンチャー企業での経験も豊富。

2013年に株式会社ザクティ代表取締役会長CEO（現職）に就任し、初年度に同社のターンアラウンドを成功に導く。また、同社が保有している世界最高クラスのデジタルイメージング/センシング技術を活かし、シリコンバレーを始めとするスタートアップ企業との協業をリード。

木場和人 (Director @ Amazon.co.jp)
1968年熊本生まれ。1991年九州大学経済学部経営学科卒。同年ソニー株式会社入社。業務用機器の生産管理・経営管理・商品企画・事業企画に従事。2001年10月からコンスーマーグループに異動し、液晶テレビビジネスの立ち上げを担当。2007年12月から北米でのテレビ・レコーダー・ホームシアター関連の事業企画を担当。2010年11月アマゾンジャパン株式会社に転職。ハードライン事業本部 AV&モバイル商品事業部、およびカメラ商品事業部 事業部長、プライベートブランド事業を担当。2014年10月ディレクター就任。2015年11月よりハードライン事業本部 商品本部長。現在、47歳。

小笠原治 （株式会社ABBALab 株式会社nomad 代表取締役／さくらインターネット フェロー／DMM.make エヴェンジェリスト／awabar / fabbit オーナー）
1990年、京都市の建築設計事務所に入社。1998年より、さくらインターネット株式会社の共同ファウンダーを経て、ネット系事業会社の代表を歴任。2011年、株式会社nomadを設立し「Open x Share x Join」をキーワードにシード投資とシェアスペースの運営などスタートアップ支援事業を軸に活動。2013年、ハードウェア・スタートアップ向け投資プログラムを法人化し株式会社ABBALabとしてプロトタイピングに特化した投資事業を開始。同年、DMM.makeのプロデューサーとしてDMM.make 3Dプリントを立上げ、2014年にはDMM.make AKIBAを設立。2015年8月からエヴェンジェリスト。同年、さくらインターネットにフェローとして復帰。他、経済産業省 新ものづくり研究会 委員及びフロンティアメーカーズ PM、NEDO TCP事業 委員、福岡市スタートアップ・サポーターズ 理事 等

SPEAKER BIOS

Masaya Kubota – Masaya graduated from Keio University’s Faculty of Law in 1997 and joined Itochu Corporation soon after.

In 1998, he joined Lehman Brothers’ Tokyo branch, working in the company’s investment banking division as an M&A advisor for a wide range of domestic and international Internet firms. In 2008, he moved to Barclays, handling a variety of telecommunications media projects in that firm’s investment banking division.

In 2011, Masaya joined SMBC, focusing on launching the company’s investment banking business.

Zak Murase – Zak is the US representative at Global Brain leading hardware investments. His portfolio includes Jibo, August, Monohm, Bitfinder, etc.

Takeo Isaji – Takeo is Chairman & CEO of Xacti Corporation since joined in 2013 and has successfully turned this company around within an year. He has also been leading initiatives in Silicon Valley to collaborate with hardware startups, by leveraging Xacti’s world-class digital imaging/sensing technology.

He has corporate banking and general management consulting background from his early career. Later, he was assigned various CxO positions, including CEO, in several companies, owned by PE funds. He also has entrepreneurial experience as SVP at Better Place Japan. Graduated from University of Tokyo with BA in Economics, and hold MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
