Free Dance and Movement Therapy group aimed at reducing feelings of anxiety, stress and overwhelm.

Dance Movement Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses creative movement to support emotional expression, reduce stress and promote holistic wellbeing.

There is no choreography or performance and no dance experience required – just a welcoming space to explore how movement can help you feel more grounded, expressive and connected to yourself.

As I am a Dance Movement Therapy student in training (with Dance Therapy Training Aotearoa) this is part of my clinical placement requirements. These sessions will be pro-bono (free).
