At 5:30 pmish, we will walk North to Nathan Phillips Square, to partake in some Peruvian food and wares.

Some things to tantalize your taste buds with are:

• Ceviche: This national dish features marinated raw fish, often lime and chili marinated, with onion, cilantro, and other ingredients.
• Lomo Saltado: A stir-fry of beef, onions, peppers, and tomatoes, often served with rice or french fries.
• Pollo a la Brasa: Grilled chicken, a popular street food and restaurant dish.
• Picarones: Peruvian doughnuts, often served with a sweet syrup.
