Brilliant Boardgames! in the Beer Garden

Aren't boardgames fantastic!? What 'appens, right, is you get some cards or roll some dice, right, and then you move some meeples about, and the you have to guess if I'm thinking about cheese. Which is brilliant! And games, yeah, they come in boxes, which is great, 'coz if they didn't, you'd have to, like, hold all these little bits and pieces in your hands, yeah? Great! Like in the olden days, you could say, I dunno, "Let's play a boardgame", and people would just, like, come round your house and play games". But now the internet sends us pictures of cats to our phones. Aren't cats fantastic!? Brilliant!

Please bring CASH to pay for your food and drinks with. We play with cards and pay with cash.

How does it work: Turn up at 7pm. The organisers bring along a selection of board and card games for people to play. We're also very happy if you want to bring one of your own games! We have wide variety, from fun, casual party games, to heavy duty Medieval Agriculture simulators. Brilliant!

We're there to help explain rules and set people up with new games (usually 7 - 7:30pm), so don't worry if you're a newbie. After that, we'll still be around, but probably playing something ourselves. Our regulars are a lovely bunch, and very welcoming.
