Retro Spaceships and Boardgames

Massive hair, massive shoulder pads, and space ships that look like they've been built out of toilet rolls spray-painted white and silver; The 70s were great. Spaceships are always great. So let's combine the two for this week's theme of cool, space antics and stick on our one piece silver jumpsuits and empty an entire can of hair spray onto our heads for some Friday night fun.

How does it work: The giant red light, labelled EVENT START will start flashing and a bunch of people will begin running back and forth, pushing buttons, and staring intently into screens; Out of a plume of smoke from a dry-ice machine, the organisers will come striding in unison, bearing bags full of board and card games, whilst something suitably orchestral hammers out at full volume. We're also very happy if you want to bring along one of your own games!

We're there to help explain rules and set people up with new games between 19:00 - 19:30. After that we will still be about, but playing some cool spaceship games? Our regular crew are a lovely bunch and very welcoming.
