Christmas and Boardgames

FIVE GOLD RIIIIIINNNNGGSS!!!!!!!! Who wants 184 birds for Christmas? Yup, that's right - nobody normal wants 184 birds for Christmas; it's just an excessive number of birds. What would you do with them? One partridge would be nice, but I don't know if you know anything about swans, but they're right vicious buggers. Giving someone seven swans isn't nice, it's bird-harrassment. And we love you, so instead of too many birds, we're offering just enough board games for the holidays.

It's Christmas and we have unexpectedly got use of the venue this coming Friday, so those of us still in Heidelberg will be putting on a Christmas board game session. Half of us are away, so if you have any of your own games that you're happy to teach and play, it would make life easier for us.

Please bring cash for food and drink, or the venue will put you on the naughty list.

How does it work: You've all been coming long enough to know how this works: Turn up, play games, make friends, share some conversation & a little joy, leave happier than you left.

We're there to help explain rules and set people up with new games between 19:00 - 19:30. After that we will still be about, but playing some lunatic game with spaceships or Vikings or something .... Our regulars are a lovely bunch and very welcoming.
