A roundtable of Beernerds

Hi all, I wanted to schedule an event in a large venue where I can book plenty of tables without much hassle.

Thanks to all of you, Beernerds is thriving. however I've heard mutterings about the functionality and sustainability of our host app and so I wanted an opportunity to ask you all in person what other options might work. My thinking is to get ahead of the curve in case things change suddenly and we find ourselves unable to connect, at least not without paying a subscription fee.

Clearly, this is particularly relevant to regulars but the overall session will be crafts beers, chat and fun times so all are welcome.
