### What is Bleating Heart Night?

Every Tuesday we are proud to host a local organization that is changing the Colorado Springs community for the better.
In addition to learning more about the amazing work occurring in the community, from 5-9 PM, $1 from every pint sold goes directly back to the featured organization.

Tuesday, March 4, 2025, Goat Patch is hosting and donating to CASA. CASA is national organization, with local chapters. Our local chapter is CASA of the Pikes Peak Region.

### What is CASA of Pikes Peak Region?

CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of the Pikes Peak Region is a volunteer-based nonprofit organization serving El Paso County and Teller County that trains and supervises volunteers to represent the best interests of child victims of child abuse, neglect, and severe domestic conflict. CASA volunteers are appointed by judges to be a voice for these children in court and in the community. The desired result is that children are placed into safe, loving homes where they can thrive.

CASA of Pikes Peak Region offers four programs designed to meet the special needs of vulnerable children. Among them are the: Dependency and Neglect Program; Supervised Exchange and Parenting Time Program (SEPT), Milton Foster Children’s Fund Program, and Children and Families in Transition (CFIT) Program."

CASA of the Pikes Peak Region serves approximately 1,700 children per year in all our programs, but hundreds are still waiting for volunteer advocacy."
