Ready to move, connect, and grow stronger—together?
Join the BeFirst Fitness Community for a free weekly training session at Gärdets Utegym (Sandhamnsgatan, 115 28 Stockholm).
Whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience, all fitness levels are welcome. We’ll kick things off with a calisthenics-based routine, adapting exercises to fit the group’s needs and energy.
- 🗓 Every Saturday at 12:00 PM (time may shift slightly based on group feedback).
- 💪 Workout: ~30–40 minutes
- 🔥 Then: Community Plank Challenge — aim to improve your time each week!
Take with you:
- Training Mat
- Water to drink
- It might be windy—bring something you’ll feel comfortable in.
What to expect:
- We will adapt training for the group but usually what you might expect is 10 minutes warmup
- 20 minutes training session (lunges, jumping jacks, situps, push ups, community plank). Again - we will adapt it to the team we have. To the level of people and the focus we choose for the group.
- (Optional) 10 minutes of flexibility training
