Ancestral Healing

I don't know about you but I am tired of doing everything on line! I am ready for an in-person workshop where we can hug, look in each others eyes, meditate and dance together.

I am offering my Ancestral healing workshop Saturday, July 20th! The focus will be clearing worthiness. Why worthiness? It just seems to be coming up in my women's group and my client calls. That part of us that doesn't feel worthy of a loving relationship, abundance, the great job, being loved, etc, etc, etc. So many reasons to not feel worthy.

Why Ancestral healing? Ancestral healing is a spiritually-grounded, process that empowers individuals to connect, repair, and nurture relationships with their own wise and loving ancestors. Often patterns such as lack of abundance, guilt, shame, unworthiness, and over-giving stem from generational wounds. Through practices of connecting to our ancestors, forgiveness and energy work we can shift this block for all the generations before us and after us.

Join me for an interactive workshop to identify and shift the blocks to feeling worthy. We will meditate, do processes, share, and move our bodies!
