I have been leading women's groups since 2017 and still love them! Why do I love them? That's easy to answer! It's beautiful, magnificent women who show up authentically every week, getting together to transform their lives and support each other unconditionally.
Who joins women's groups? For the last four years, I've had women from various backgrounds and jobs, such as teachers, retired mothers of four, Human Resources Executives in big organizations, organic pig farmers, massage therapists, and social workers.
Why did all of these women join?

They were looking to transform
their lives,
To heal their mind, body, and souls,
To find their voices, to be seen and heard,
To live authentically, from their hearts,
To become leaders,
To be Divine Feminine Goddesses,
And to live the life of their dreams!
Being part of a weekly women's group gives you accountability to keep moving forward on your spiritual and human path and women to share in your wins.
It provides a support group of forward-thinking women, helps you navigate career and relationship changes, and anchors you in empowerment, courage, and grace to face everything in your life.

It helps you to take responsibility for your relationships with yourself and others, your purpose in life, and your commitment to loving and nurturing yourself.
