No German needed: this is a live beginner class on Zoom, explained in English. Handle a flat viewing, register your address and book a doctor's appointment in simple, polite German.
In the hour, you'll learn to:
- Open a bank account and ask about a phone contract
- Speak politely with Sie and ask people to slow down, repeat or write it down
- Register your address at the Bürgeramt with the right documents
- Understand flat adverts and ask the right questions at a viewing
You repeat together with the whole class (nobody is singled out), then practise in small breakout rooms of 2 or 3. Afterwards your phrase sheet with a pronunciation guide stays in your account.
