About us

We’ll start with very gentle stretching to loosen up, followed by a relaxed walk by the river. The pace will always be comfortable and can be adjusted depending on how everyone is feeling on the day.

There’s no pressure to keep up or hit any strict targets—the goal is simply to move a little more, get some fresh air, and build confidence at your own pace. Some days we might walk a bit further, other days we’ll keep it shorter and more relaxed.

After the session, we can sit outdoors, grab a coffee, enjoy the sunshine, and relax together. If you’d like to stay and chat and get to know others, you’re very welcome—but there’s absolutely no pressure.
