初心者ピクニックイベント！英語と日本語で話しましょう～ Weekday Event: Picnic in the Park!

From August we have opened our weekday events to new members! Each week we go to a new place, so please read everything below! (English scroll down↓)

8月から、平日イベントを新しいメンバーにも開放しました！
毎週ちがう場所に出かけるので、下の内容をよく読んでくださいね！

今週のイベント（8月7日）：
今週は、Broadview駅近くのRiverdale Parkでピクニックをします！
お菓子や食べ物、飲み物など、好きなものを持ってリラックスしに来てください。ピクニックマットやレジャーシートがある方は、ぜひご持参ください。
会話のテーマやちょっとしたゲームも用意して、楽しい時間にしましょう！

最近来てくれた方は、今回のイベントは無料です！お待ちしています！

👉 初めての方や、しばらく来ていない方も？
もちろん大歓迎です！
平日イベントの参加費は、最大で$5です。現金・デビット・クレジットでのお支払いが可能で、スタンプカードもお渡ししています（参加ごとにスタンプがたまります）。トロントで、日本語と英語の両方を楽しめるコミュニティをつくっていきたいと思っています。

This week's event (Aug 7th):
This week we're going to have a picnic at Riverdale Park near Broadview Station. Bring snacks, food, drinks and come chill out! If you have a picnic mat or sheet that would be helpful as well. We'll have a couple of conversation topics and some games to make things fun.

Great - this event is free for members who’ve joined us recently! See you there!

👉 New or haven’t come in a while?
No problem, you’re still welcome! For $15 you can join one weekend event study session and one month of weekday events like this one. Payments can be made by cash, debit, or credit, and you'll receive a stamp card to track your visits.

📢 Besides that, please be aware of our Meetup group's rules:

1) Our events are for beginners! 🔰 Learn and practice Japanese through games and activities in a fun and friendly environment. We welcome those who are brand new to Japanese (only a few words), up until beginner (N4 level). Your English should also be native or near-native as well, since you will also teach English to your new Japanese friends! 🇨🇦 x 🇯🇵

2) We're here for genuine studying and making connections in a fun and safe environment. 🙌 Anti-social or disruptive behaviour isn't tolerated, as well as those coming for certain other purposes. 🙅‍♂️
