Come and practice Shodo, the art of Japanese calligraphy!
This workshop is lead by our very own Misaki, an award-winning calligrapher who has hosted many workshops in Japan.
We'll provide everything you need to get started including brush pens and paper.
This time we will be making New Years greeting cards, called Nengajo. Make your own card to keep or to send to someone!
Location:
CSI Spadina, located at 192 Spadina Ave. The closest intersection is Spadina & Dundas or Spadina & Queen. When you arrive at the building, the door will be locked but we will let you in.

Participation Fee:
$15 per person, we take cash or card (credit/debit) at the event.
Note: Due to a recent number of no-shows at our events, we will be asking participants to pay the fee ahead of time in order to secure their spot. We will share the e-transfer address in the comments. If you are not able to pay by e-transfer, please contact us for alternative means.
