This beginner-friendly session focuses on fitness, confidence and simple striking basics in a supportive environment.

No experience required.
Many attendees are complete beginners.

General session format
☯︎ Warm-up and mobility
☯︎ Breathing and focus training
☯︎ Basic punches and kicks
☯︎ Pad work drills
☯︎ Optional stretching and chat afterwards

This is not a fight gym session.
The focus is learning technique, improving fitness and building confidence.
