About us

This group was developed by a beginner adventure motorcycle rider and was intended to provided other beginner riders with a group of other riders with a similar skill-set to ride with. In August of 2020, the group's organizer stepped-down and I was asked to take over as the group's organizer. I'm Eric Sachs and I developed and manage another meetup group called: Ventura County Adventure Riders. I live in Ventura County and am a "Coach" instructor at RawHyde - the official BMW off-road motorcycle training academy in Castaic, CA.

I've agreed to assume the "organizer" position for this group and hope to further-develop the group. When I post "beginner" rides on Ventura County Adventure Riders, I will also post them on this group. If you are a current member of this group, please also join Ventura County Adventure Riders.
