Beginner Spanish Classes (In-Person)

In this class, we will explore the Spanish language through 8 modules. We will cover basic concepts which you need to know in any Spanish-speaking country, and we will begin speaking right away and practicing in groups by module 3.

The goal is that you gain a basic understanding of the language. Weekly homework is required and active participation is encouraged.

These classes are not free. Please consider attending an information session on August 19th or August 26th to learn more about the structure and how you can be part of this learning community.

Classes will be held in-person at Mississauga Valley Community Centre from 5:30pm to 6:30pm weekly.

Please ensure that you participate in all four (4) classes, as we have already covered pronunciation and are practicing with our peers by class 2.

If you wish to join us for future classes, we will continue to offer them on the first 4 Wednesdays of each month - participation in all classes is mandatory. Occasionally, we can offer 1 paid make-up class for rare circumstances, via Zoom.
