Full Moon Soundbath

Welcome to the year of the Snake.

Come enjoy our 1st full moon of the year in my cozy Mission Viejo residence. We will be enjoy a cacao blessing which will help us to open our hearts, relax and receive the gentle sounds of the crystal bowls and other sound instruments to bring your body back into harmony and balance.

We will be getting in touch with our intentions of what would like to shed in these next 28 days of this moon cycle by taking some time to journal some answers to some helpful questions. Setting our intentions for what is needed to be released and what we would like to bring in to replace what we have let go of using the symbolisms of throwing what we have written into the fire creating space for what we want to bring in.
After the releasing into the fire, we will head to our mats where we will open and ground through meditation as we set our intentions to receive harmony, balance and your specific intention. During the soundbath, Teri will be assisting each person through energy healing techniques of Reiki and Light Language.

Please bring your mat, pillows, blankets, eye mask, water for your water blessing, crystals and anything else that you need to be comfortable. I have hard floors and only 2 coaches and chair for those that need to assist their backs. Please let me know when you RSVP if you need the extra support.
