Beginner's pole dance class

Pole dance is not just a sexy dancing around the pole in a bars but it is a real sport discipline. It helps you shape your body, gain strength and introduce you to a dance and rhythm.

Join me for a class and discover by yourself if the pole dance is really that easy and sexy as in the movies.

Class is in FRENCH, extra explanations in ENGLISH if necessary.

These pole dance classes are designed for everyone who has never climb a pole and would like to give it a try as well as for those who have already some basic knowledge but would like to improve and get some extra tips.

No age limit.

What do you need for the class? T-shirt, short and bottle of water.

Arrive 10 minutes before the class, in order to have enough time to change your cloths and get ready

Duration: 60min of pole class + drinks in nearby bar if interested

Don: minimum 15chf (payement by cash or Twint at the beginning of the class)
