On the surface, everything in real estate can look fine. Behind the scenes, it’s a different story.
Why this group exists
Over time, I’ve seen how much people in real estate carry behind the scenes, financial pressure, mental strain, and the need to keep showing up as if everything is fine. A lot of these challenges don’t get talked about openly. And for many, it’s not because they don’t want to, it’s because they don’t feel they have a place where they can.
Who is this for
This group is open to real estate professionals across the industry, including but not limited to agents/brokers, lenders, escrow/title officers, insurance representatives, home warranty providers, and property managers, who want a more honest space to talk about what’s really going on behind the scenes.
Each gathering is small. A few people will share real situations they’re navigating, and we’ll have an open but thoughtful conversation to help bring more clarity to what’s going on.
You’re welcome to share your own situation or simply listen; both are equally valuable. You’re not alone in what you’re navigating.
We’ll touch on things like:
• inconsistent income and pressure
• client and deal challenges
• career direction and long-term sustainability
• the realities that don’t get discussed publicly
It’s a respectful space. No judgment, no criticism. Just a chance to step back, be heard, and think things through more clearly.
