Join us for a serene morning of yoga and meditation in the heart of Beijing.
Our experienced instructor will guide you through a relaxing yoga flow,breathing exercises and a peaceful meditation session, allowing you to find stillness and tranquility in the midst of a bustling city.It's also a perfect opportunity to connect with the inner self.
After class, we will offer healthy & tasty 100% homemade seasonal vegetarian dishes and great company.Taking your time to soak in the slow Sunday morning vibes.A space to breathe, move, connect, and nourish yourself inside and out.
This outdoor fitness event is perfect for all levels, whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to the practice.
How to find us:
Please search 'Side Park south gate'. We will see you at the South gate of the Side Park at 8:20am.And we’ll take a short walk together to our event space.
Notice:
1.Bring enough water and yoga mat with you.
2.Take precautions against mosquitoes.It is best to wear long loose and comfortable clothes.
3.Eat less for breakfast or keep an empty stomach.
4.If you have any food allergies, please let us know when booking.
