Mantra singing and sound healing afternoon.

We will be singing and chanting together a variety of traditional mantras, for meditative joy, devotion and healing.

Once a month we host a beautiful afternoon of sacred Sanskrit technologies guided by Tara Gaia with her harmonium and guitar, ending our journey with a powerful gong sound bath. This part of the event is a sound healing journey, where you lay down and let the healing frequency of the sounds of medicine bowls and the big gong float over you for harmonizing your nervous system.
