  • Learn how to tell fresh or expired beans (useful when buying beans)
  • Coffee tasting. You get to taste the common types of coffee (espresso, latte, macchiato, americano, mocha)
  • Basic coffee bean information and tips to preserve your beans`s flavor
  • How to preserve the coffee crema to ensure your coffee has a bold aroma (includes 1 espresso experimentation)

Subjects this course will also cover:

  • Proper way of drinking coffee
  • Difference between properly prepared and ill prepared coffee
  • Differences in various coffee style (European, Italian, American, Malaysian)
  • Basic knowledge in coffee (does not cover coffee roasting)
