Hi!
This is a group to just practice a few moments of mindfulness in this busy life in Dubai where everything can get stimulating at times.
It is just to encourage people to come together only for half an hour and feel peace within themselves.
The meditation would just be 2 steps: sitting silently + focusing on your breath.
In case you join the meet a few minutes late, please follow these steps.
