Competitive Analysis and Strategic Discussions

With success from last week meetup, we are progressing further with Ice-Breaking Introductory cum Competitive Analysis andStrategic Approach Discussion for Digital Advertising. It will be more about two way discussion. We will be discussing about some key scenarios, where pre strategic Approach is important before stepping anything to take a product / service to be marketed. It includes competitor analysis, platform selection and prioritizing, making a plan, creative planning and MOST IMPORTANTLY - at least 1 BACKUP PLAN.
