Morning Gently "Guided" Session

Stillness Session
Door opens at 8 am
15 minutes to meet and greet/chat and settle into the space.
At 8:15 am we will start a 30 minute gently "guided" meditation session. Emphasis on gently. There's no right way to meditate and the guidance in these sessions is meant only to help point back to here and now.
Then there will be another 30 minutes that the space will be open to chat and share, etc.
Tea, coffee, and snacks are on offer at the space to enjoy before or after the session.
There is no cost to join us.
No experience needed.
The entrance to the space is up the stairs in the corner across from the outdoor stage in the courtyard.
