Guided meditation is a simple way to help the mind to stay in peace, to erase the unnecessary thoughts and to realign the energy. Whether you can sense/see/hear the energy in the process is not the purpose of practicing meditation. Please prepare yourself for the 30-mins and without any (potential) disturbance, switch off cellphones/alarms/electronic devices, etc so that your mind and your body are ready to enjoy the meditation journey.

All you have to prepare for this meditation is to keep an open mind and allow the process and experience to happen, there’s no judgment on what supposed to be and/or what’s better than another; everyone starts and practice differently and at different stage to access their own inner peace.
Most importantly is to give yourself permission to experience and explore in the meditation journey. Allowing yourself to receive positive energy from the Universe and to help you to cleanse, to heal and to release any old energy which no longer serve you. Let the process happen and to fill up every body cell with STRENGTH, LOVE & WISDOM, so you can easily embrace life with SINCERITY, TRANQUILITY, ABUNDANCE, UNCONDITIONAL LOVE and INNER-PEACE; to enjoy and appreciate life in deeper level, welcoming all kinds of challenges ahead.
