The nature of work is this: Change is inevitable.
In this group for thinking leaders, we turn to the study of biomimicry–that is, the way in which human organizations draw from the principles of nature–to cope with flux. We integrate teachings from classic organizational psychology, anthropology and ecology to support attuned leadership...and build really string community as we go.
