We are doing a walk/run 5k.
You are free to walk or run the whole way.
This run is for community exercise and accountability without pressure.
Please bring:
Water
Workout clothes
Hat
Sunscreen
Personal items should be put in a locker at the station or a small backpack that you can carry with you. Remember you will need to exercise with it on.
