Join BE Ka Art Studio for Spring& Board Workshop — a thoughtfully curated Vision Board experience blending creativity, science and conscious personal growth. An inspiring afternoon designed to nourish mind and soul.

Set within a spacious artist's atelier by the Thames, you’ll be guided through the process of creating your own Action Vision Board.

Led by visual artist and teacher Elena, this experience is designed to help you clarify your intentions, anchor them visually, create a vision that inspires your next steps, and translate that vision into aligned action.

As we move through the Lunar New Year and approach the Spring Equinox — a symbolic moment of renewal, balance and growth, celebrated in many cultures across the world and throughout history — this gathering offers a natural opportunity to refocus, reset, and channel your energy with clarity and purpose.

14:30 – Creative Guidance, Vision Board Design & Meditation
Elena will start the session by sharing practical insights based on neuroscience and Gestalt principles. You’ll learn how visual harmony affects attention, emotional engagement, and cognitive focus — ensuring your board is not only aesthetically pleasing but also psychologically supportive. Beauty is not just decorative; it is functional.
Afterwards, a brief guided meditation will create a focused and nurturing space to explore your intentions and direction.

15:00 – Creation Time
You’ll craft your Vision Board at your own pace, with individual guidance and support from Elena available throughout if you need it.

You are warmly invited to share reflections with the group if you wish. Light conversation is welcome, though you are equally free to work quietly and focus in your own space.

We’ll close with an optional sharing moment for those who feel comfortable.

What You’ll Get

• Introduction to neuroscience and Gestalt principles applied to Vision Board design, and guided meditation and breathwork
• Access to materials, including A4 paper, A3 coloured card paper, scissors, markers, pens, coloured pencils, stickers, glue, tape, Post-it notes, and a selection of magazines and newspapers

• BYOB: Please note that no drinks or food will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own drink to this workshop. The studio is perfectly positioned near local gems like The Orchard Café and Layers Bakery if you fancy grabbing a drink and a snack.
• A personal selection of photos, images or meaningful objects for your board. There is no printer on site.

This class is perfect for beginners - no prior experience is needed.
This class is great for individuals and couples alike, as well as for a date idea, a birthday, a gift, or a hen do.
The venue has step-free access.

The workshop takes place at Trinity Buoy Wharf — a historic 19th-century site on the Thames, once home to the craftspeople who kept Britain's coastal waters safe, now reborn as one of London's most vibrant creative communities, home to artists' studios, a sculpture park, and London's only lighthouse.
Arrive early or linger after — there is always something to discover. At weekends, you can visit the lighthouse, free of charge. Inside it, you can hear Longplayer, a thousand-year musical composition for singing bowls. Step inside, close your eyes, and let the resonance wash over you. An unexpected sound bath, and the perfect way to begin — or continue — the inner journey.
