​The purpose of our events is to give you the opportunity to socialize with other active adults in the Harford County area who share similar interests and values. Whether you are looking to enjoy great live music, hit the dance floor, expand your local circle, or simply share a fun evening out, being part of our group is a fantastic way to connect and make new friends.

## ​What Type of Events does this Group Offer?

​This Meetup group is dedicated to foodies, social butterflies, and music lovers 50 and better looking to enjoy the best of our region's nightlife! Meet like-minded people from around the local area while exploring great dining spots, attending local festivals, and checking out local bands, dancing, and evening entertainment across Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
​Whether you are into live music, dancing, local arts, or a great night out, we have got you covered. Through activities like dining out, visiting local breweries and wineries with live acoustic sets, listening to outdoor concert series, dancing, and casual evening get-togethers, we offer a wide variety of fun social adventures.

## ​Where are the events located?

​The events for this group are primarily focused on locations right here in Harford County, along with neighboring Cecil and Baltimore counties, plus nearby spots in PA and DE.

## ​What can you do for the group?

​Bring your fun-loving, positive attitude. Be committed to showing up when you RSVP and be respectful of other members. We require that your profile includes a clear photo of your face so others can easily recognize you at our events.

## ​What are the guidelines?

​We have a few simple guidelines that we ask everyone to follow:

• ​Age Requirement: You must be 50 or older to join.
• ​Profile Picture: For the safety and comfort of our members, you must maintain a clear, recognizable "FACE" profile picture so we can see who is joining us!
• ​RSVP Etiquette: When you RSVP for an event, please remember you are reserving a spot. If your plans change and you cannot attend, please update your status to "not going" in a timely manner so members on the waitlist can take your place.
• No Politics or Religion: To keep our events fun, relaxing, and welcoming for everyone, we kindly ask that you leave discussions of politics and religion outside our gatherings. We are all here to enjoy good music, great company, and positive vibes!
• ​Waitlisted Events: Some events that have strict capacity limits or require advance payments will use an automatic waitlist. Please read all individual event descriptions for full details.

## ​I have an idea for an event or want to host an event!

​Please send us a message with any ideas you have for a meetup—we would love to hear them! If you post an event suggestion in the general discussion board, many members might miss it. Let us know if you would like to help organize or host an event. The more the merrier!
