SELF-HEALTH WORKSHOP for Your BRAIN/BODY BLISS
I will share many techniques & exercises for facial rejuvenation, spinal alignment, increasing naturally produced opiates for stress-reduction, hormonal & mood enhancement, and mental focus.

I will draw from lectures I've given at the Conscious Life Expo ["Health for Sex; Sex for Health]; Health Freedom Expo and the Tesla Tech Conference ["The Human Electromagnetic Laser Body"].

As a side feature, [since yard sales are forbidden in my Bel Air Ridge community], please visit my Vintage/Classic/Cool/Sassy Clothing Boutique [some for men], along with books, prints, vinyl, antiques & houseware.
