Women's Circle (Belfast)

Join us for an amazing women's circle in Belfast!

What happens at the women's circle:

We come together in circle to celebrate women of all ages and backgrounds. This is a sacred space for women to connect and support each other.

I guide women through practices such as breathwork, meditation, journalling, embodiment practices, oracle cards for guidance, healing modalities and loads of craic!

Walk away feeling empowered, relaxed, nourished, and connected. Gain clarity on your life direction, let go of what is not serving you, and feel confident to take action towards what you want to create in your life.

Women's circles are an ancient tradition where women gathered together (mostly in red tents during menstruation or with the moon cycles) to share stories and listen to each other, which in turn would help the whole community to heal and grow.

Everyone is welcome, even if you feel like coming on your own, trust and come along! Many women come on their own and make many friends in circle.

Arrive from 6.45pm to start at 7pm sharp. Please bring a journal and pen, water, a yoga mat/cushion (we will be sitting on the ground in a circle for the duration - some wall support is available but no chairs), a blanket/jumper if you want to be cosy and anything you would like to place in the altar such as a flower or crystal.

WHERE: 49a Cregagh Road (Barefoot Body and Soul Studio) - the entrance is a blue/grey door at the SIDE of the building, NOT the front.

WHEN: Thursday, 9th May, 7-8.30pm (please arrive from 6.45pm to start at 7pm sharp).

TICKET: £15, tickets must be pre-booked as there are limited spaces (ticket numbers shown on meetup may not be accurate as tickets are sold on other platforms)
